Brand refresh concept for Minibar, a two Michelin-starred avant-garde restaurant that delivers an imaginative and progressive tasting menu for up to 12 guests. Personalized tasting menu reveals the narrative of an ecclectic 25-course journey, which is revealed to the guest at the end of the meal. The form of the menu was designed to compliment the visual presentation of Chef José Andrés’ creations as well as his culinary approach.

Designed at Maryland Institute College of Art under the guidance of Jennifer Cole Phillips.
